Founders Edward and Denicia House, professionally trained in the culinary arts, are committed to providing 5–star service. Prior to becoming Sous Chef at Doubletree Hotel, Chef Edward House honed his culinary skills. While employed at the Camelot Hotel, Chef House perfected the art of ice sculpting under the guidance of Chef Clyde Aaron. Working at the Capital Hotel as an apprentice to Chef Michel from France and Chef Mahir from Sicily, Chef House learned bread and pastry making and the unique art of bread sculpting.
